First course
Ceviche
Carrots · red onions · squash
A bright, crisp opening plate built around ceviche with carrots, red onions and squash. Fresh and sharp enough to wake up the palate without weighing down the start of the night.
Chez Mo presents · Edition 777
Seven courses, seventy-seven dollars, one small table. Think low light, a little Bond energy, and food that still feels like somebody actually cooked it for you.
This isn’t a restaurant pretending to be intimate. It’s dinner at Mo’s table — just dressed up for the occasion.
The Bond nod is in the mood: black, brass, martini lines, quiet drama. The actual point is simpler: good food, seven thoughtful courses, and enough time between them to talk.
Come hungry. Stay awhile.
Somewhere around course four
Put the phone down. Ask for more jus. This is the part of the night where nobody should be checking the time.
